Overview
Our name Kāpeka is Maori for ‘branch of a tree’ and one of the features of our home is the abundance of nature opposite the house. Our landscape is home to some of the island's most beautiful birds. See if you can spot the Kereru or Tui, who rest and sing in the trees that surround us.
This is an absolutely gorgeous home, centrally located in the heights of Surfdale. The home is bright and open, boasting all day sun with decks at both the front and rear of the property to sit and enjoy the tranquility that this home brings. This Waiheke Holiday Home has been designed and furnished to a high standard, just perfect for your family or couples to share. This home is also a wonderful option for Corporate bookings.
Oneroa Village and Beach are a five minute drive away, as are the lovely white sands of the ever popular Palm Beach. There is a playground and lovely tidal beach less than ten minutes walk away, with shops and restaurants a five minute walk.

Linen & Cleaning

Option 1 - Bring All Your Own Linen
- Please bring both top & bottom sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels, kitchen towels and beach towels. If using sleeping bags, bottom sheet & pillow cases must be used.
- Pillows & duvets will be provided at the property.
Option 2 - Linen Provided
- Linen costs are per bed (not per person) and include bedroom, bathroom & kitchen linen.
- Single bed $25 per bed. Double bed $50 per bed.
- Please bring your own beach towels (unless otherwise advised).
Please note: Changes to your linen &/or bed requirements within 15 days of arrival may not be possible. If possible, changes will incur a fee of $60 in addition to the linen &/or bed selection costs.
Cleaning: Standard Exit Cleaning Service is provided at $150.

The house is perfect for anyone needing 3 bedrooms and the view out the front into the bush is lovely, especially at night. The process from booking/enquiry was very good, and our requests were accommodated in good time, including being able to enter an hour early after the only booking on the car ferry to Kennedy Point was at 8am, but there is always something to do on Waiheke.
