If you own a holiday property on Waiheke Island or would like to let your home as a holiday home while you go away, then we would be delighted to hear from you. We are always looking for high quality accommodation to add to our portfolio and whether you have a cute little studio apartment, a charming cottage near the beach, a fabulous cliff top beach house or are simply looking to let your own home over the summer holidays while you take a break, we will be very happy to help.

We understand that you will wish to achieve a good holiday rental income from your holiday property while still having the flexibility to enjoy your holiday home for your own personal use. We place no restrictions on when or for how long you may wish to reserve your property for your own use - simply let us know anytime you would like dates booked for you, as long as there isn't already a booking in place for those dates.

There is no charge to register with us, or for your property to be featured on our website, when your home is made available for holiday letting for a minimum of 5 months between December and April. If you prefer your home to be available for a shorter period than an entire summer, the small listing fee is payable only when we secure your first booking, one of many we're sure.

We are 100% New Zealand owned and a 100% Local Waiheke Island company which has been successfully letting holiday homes on Waiheke Island since 2001 and we offer a very friendly, personal and efficient service to our property owners & holidaymakers. We will screen prospective guests to make sure that their individual requirements are met and that they are matched to the right property for their needs. At Waiheke Holiday Homes every enquiry and booking is handled personally by one of our staff, by a real person.

We offer a choice of services to suit you - some owners love to be involved in the rental of their holiday home... others prefer to leave it all to us.
