- Please bring both top & bottom sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels, kitchen towels and beach towels. If using sleeping bags, bottom sheet & pillow cases must be used.
- Pillows & duvets will be provided at the property.
Option 2 - Linen Provided
- Linen costs are per bed (not per person) and include bedroom, bathroom & kitchen linen.
- Single bed $25 per bed. Double bed $50 per bed.
- Please bring your own beach towels (unless otherwise advised).
Please note: Changes to your linen &/or bed requirements within 15 days of arrival may not be possible. If possible, changes will incur a fee of $60 in addition to the linen &/or bed selection costs.
Cleaning: Standard Exit Cleaning Service is provided at $140.

“We enjoyed our stay at Enclosure Cottage and it was perfect for our family. We had everything we needed in the house. The beds were comfortable. There were 2 things that could be improved, 1 being the gravel driveway - as you turned off main driveway into cottage drive there is a big dip to the right which would have been tricky to get through the loose gravel if we didn't have a 4wd. Also we felt the drop down fence along the deck was a bit dangerous. It would be better for it to be securely fixed. We didn't experience any falls but were careful. Overall we had a great stay in a good location. All services and info for the holiday were very clear, precise and meesages replied to promptly.”

“We had a great stay in Waiheke for the weekend, the property has a stunning view and lovely deck. However, we tried to get in contact with Tony a few times over the weekend with a few issues but heard nothing back. This was a little inconvenient to have no contact. Overall a great weekend though :) ”
