This large home is perfect for an extended family or for two families to share and provides everything you could need for your perfect Waiheke holiday. This delightful home is modern, stylish and is beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard. Imagine laying back in one of the two spa pools with a glass of Waiheke Island wine, watching the boats and birds come and go in the bay. Or spend the afternoon just off the shore in the dinghy provided before heading back at sun down to enjoy a relaxing evening lazing by the wonderful outdoor fire. On the opposite side of the house is a magnificent sundrenched garden where you can help yourself to any available produce for your summer salads! The cottage is just along the pathway through the garden. When it's time to swim, beautiful Shelly Beach is simply delicious for a tranquil swim - if the tide is really out, then you can choose to wander out on the sand flats and swim in the bay, or jump in the car and make your way to world renowned Palm Beach, Little Oneroa or Oneroa Beach, all of which are just a very short drive away. Being so perfectly centrally located, you will find it very easy to access the many other activities and luxuries that Waiheke has to offer. When the cafes and shops are calling, it's a quick few minutes drive to either Oneroa Village or a very easy walk to either Surfdale Village or Ostend Village. The Goldie Room is very close by where you can sample wonderful Waiheke wines before walking a very short distance home! • IMPORTANT NOTES:-
• There is easy direct access from the main residence to the beach and bay. The property is not fenced on the sea side. It is mainly fenced on the road side but is not guaranteed childproof.
• Spa Pool at main residence is not fenced but has a locking cover. The spa pool in the cottage is fenced with a locking pool gate.
