Facilities and Information
This wonderful central Oneroa beachhouse has been fully renovated and redecorated and then decorated with beautiful quality furnishings (Nov 07). Car not needed! Located just a very short, level walk along from the heart and hub of Oneroa Village, a wander along for the paper or to enjoy a coffee is no problem at all. Small supermarkets and wineshops and everything one would need can be found in the Village. A few doors along the road is the public access pathway down to the beautiful white sands and safe swimming of Oneroa Beach. The property is divided into 2 separate residences, The Villa and The Loft, joined by a huge (and we mean HUGE!) deck with fabulous views over Oneroa Bay and the Hauraki Gulf. Furnished with gorgeous outdoor couches and armchairs, you can relax and watch the boats coming and going in the bay in total comfort. The deck wraps around in front of The Villa where the spacious alfresco dining area is located with more of those magnificent seaviews. Wide bifold doors open to both sides of the decks giving a wonderful easy indoor/outdoor flow. A fabulous spot to enjoy a holiday with family and friends.
THE VILLA:-
Living, dining, kitchen, bathroom & laundry are on ground level. The 2 bedrooms are on the upper level (can sleep 5 in separate beds).
BEDROOMS & BATHROOM:-
Bedroom 1 - Super King Bed (can be converted to 2 singles if required at cost of $20 - please request at least 10 days in advance of arrival).French doors open from the bedroom to a small deck overlooking the bay. Lovely views from your bed.

THE LOFT:-
Access to The Loft from the house is just across the deck and into either of the bedrooms. The main entry door for The Loft is on the upper level which is at the roadside. The upper level is a spacious open plan room with bifold windows overlooking the bay. Walk downstairs via a metal spiral staircase to the bedrooms and bathroom, and out through the bedroom ranch slider doors onto the main central deck between The Loft and The Villa.

NOTE: The Loft access between the bedrooms and bathroom on the ground level (central deck level) and the living and kitchen area on the upper level (roadside) could be difficult for less abled people.
NOTE: Where The Loft is not included in the booking, it may or may not be occupied by the property owner. Guest privacy would not be intruded upon in any way.
