Facilities and Information
Oh those views! Fantastic position with grandstand views over Oneroa Bay and just 5 mins walk to the centre of Oneroa Village or to the beautiful white sands and all tide swimming of Oneroa Beach. The main house has polished timber floors through the living areas and is furnished with modern and comfortable furnishings. There are huge stacking doors on 2 walls in the living area which slide back to open the living area on to the north facing deck. Magnificent views are to be had from the deck, the living, dining and kitchen. Just along a timber boardwalk is the Cottage which includes a small living room with sofabed, one bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom - and more of those wonderful views (available at additional cost - please see rates and notes). In the lower level of the Main House (external access only & available at additional cost - please see rates) is a modern apartment with sitting area, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom - all brand new in 2009. The magnificent views and fabulous central location make this property a very popular holiday choice.

Bathroom - Beautiful new bathroom (2009). Modern with shower, bath, double vanity and toilet within. Please note the bathroom is not yet quite finished as there are no mirrors & electric cables for mirror lights are hanging from wall. There is no lock on the bathroom door.

Fully renovated in 2009, the apartment is tiled throughout with white tiles making it bright and light. The bathroom is brand new in 2009.
Accessed from the rear of the house or from the deck, then down 3 or 4 steps and a concreted pathway down and alongside the house and around to entry door at the sea side of the house. Please bring a torch to light your way!
Sitting Area with table and chairs
Kitchenette - new dishes, cutlery, kettle and toaster (new 2010)
Bedroom 1 - two single beds which can convert to a king sized bed by guests if required (linen & bedding is provided for single beds)
Bedroom 2 - Double bed with single bunk bed above, drawers, lamp

NOTE: Children? Please see photos of deck railings as not child proof/ There is a small area of the boardwalk between the house & deck with gap approx 20 cm wide and approx 60 - 80cm deep.
