Facilities and Information
Providing preimum accommodation for couples, this delicious designer bach is located in a fabulous 'out of the way but central' location just 20 mins walk into Oneroa Village or a 2 minute drive if you're feeling lazy. A very short walk down an access pathway will bring you to lovely Surfdale Beach where you can enjoy excellent swimming for about 4 hours around the high tide, or walk in the opposite direction in around 10 - 15 mins to either Blackpool Beach or beautiful Little Oneroa Beach with it's white sand and all tide swimming. Surfdale Village also has good facilities such as superette, 3 - 4 restaurants & cafes and a bar. The Point is newly built (late 2006) and is just perfect. The open plan living, dining and kitchen open via wall length bifold doors onto a large deck and magnificent seaviews are to be had from every room, including the bathroom! The house is set on 3 levels - entry level is the bathroom, then walk down a short flight of stairs to the living, dining and kitchen. Up one level from the entry is the main bedroom which is very large and spacious and also enjoys magnificent seaviews. Up 1/2 flight of stairs is bedroom 2. We just loved this property and we're sure that you will too.
Bedroom 1 - Super king (Tempur super comfy!) bed. Bedside tables and lighting. Wardrobe. Comfortable leather reading chair for relaxing and enjoying the view.
Bedroom 2 - King Single bed. Very small room with low ceiling - suitable for 1 adult or child only.
Bathroom - Walk-in shower, vanity, toilet within. Heated towel rail. Magnificent views from loo and shower! :-)

The home is set on 3 half-levels. The middle level is the entry and foyer and the bathroom is located here. Down one short flight leads to open plan living and kitchen opening onto the deck. Up one short flight from entry leads to main bedroom, and up a 1/2 flight further to bedroom 2.
NOTE: This property is really suitable for 1 couple as the 2nd bedroom is very small and the ceiling is low, reminding you of a cabin in a boat. :-)
