Facilities and Information
This wonderful, comfortable, sunny and spacious family beachhouse is perfectly positioned above the lovely white sands of Oneroa Beach and takes advantage of the stunning 180 degree views of Oneroa Beach, the Bay and beyond to the Coromandel Peninsular. Peace, quiet and privacy and yet only a quick 50 metres to the restaurants, cafes and shops in Oneroa Village. And just a very short wander across the lawn and along the beach access pathway brings you on to the lovely white sands of Oneroa Beach.
The upper level has a large open plan living,dining and kitchen which opens through french doors onto two sunny, spacious decks - perfect for "wine-ing and dine-ing", a casual BBQ, or simply relaxing and enjoying the wonderful views of the beach, the bay, the boats and beyond to the Hauraki Gulf and the Coromandel Peninsular. The glass balustrading on the deck ensures the safety of guests whilst providing uninterruped views even when relaxing on the couch or lazing in the main bedroom. The home has been built to the view and the sun, with utility rooms (kitchen, bathroom and toilet) on the road side of the house.

Bathroom 1 - with bath and shower. Older style but very clean and tidy.

Access is very easy and level - just one step up from the pathway to the front deck and door. This property is particularly suitable for elderly or disabled needing easy access, but does not provide disabled facilities in the bathroom.

Bedroom 1 - queen bed, wardrobe, dressing table. Has window in dividing wall between living area and bedroom which can be left open or closed off with shutters for privacy.
Other Sleeping - Excellent quality double futon sofabed in living room (new 2005)

CHILDREN'S BUNKROOM: -
Can be included at additional cost as shown above. It is only available for families with children.
The children's bunkroom is a large room with ranch slider opening onto the driveway area. It is situated on the lower level of the house and has internal access through the laundry to the main house upstairs and to the lower level apartment.

NOTE - No railings on lower level deck which is approx 1.2 metres above the lawn at highest point
