About This Property This lovely property has a special ambiance and enjoys the feel of an intimate boutique resort! Add a complimentary late checkout of 3pm (excluding late Dec & Jan) and you have the makings of a top holiday. Four apartments (the 4th is occupied by owners) enjoy the delicious sun drenched swimming pool and courtyard, spa pool, petanque court and views over the gardens and Onetangi Bay. Lord Nelson and the Lady Nelson (along with the owners apartment) are set around the pool courtyard and overlook the pool and lovely views. The Lady Hamilton is located on a lower level just outside the fenced pool & courtyard area, down 5 or 6 steps and overlooks the gardens and a lovely view of Onetangi Bay. The paved entertainment and pool area have perimeter fencing with glass balustrades to ensure the view is not interrupted. Outdoor furniture includes a large dining table and chairs plus an outdoor lounge setting. The spa pool is under cover and also enjoys views over the bay and Onetangi Beach. Outside the fenced pool area is another lovely garden area with outdoor furniture set in a paved arbour beside the Petanque Court - perfect for enjoying a game and a glass of champagne! The Nelson is just a few minutes drive to either Palm Beach or Onetangi Beaches and to Ostend Village where there is a supermarket and other services available. (Small children? Please note the pool and spa pool are not fenced from the Lord and Lady Nelson apartments, however the Lady Hamilton is located on the outside of the fenced pool area). Each apartment can be booked separately or together (except over public holiday weekends and from 26 December to 05 January when all apartments must be booked together by one group) - perfect for families and friends gathering together. 	NOTE: Small children? Please note that, though the pool, spa pool and entertainment area has perimeter fencing, it is not fenced off from the Lord or Lady Nelson apartments.

	NOTE: *This property consists of 4 apartments in an 'L' shape overlooking the pool, with the Lady Hamilton overlooking the gardens. The owners of The Nelson live in one apartment on the 'short side of the L' overlooking the pool (note large glass window in main photo is owners apartment) and are available to ensure that you enjoy your stay. The Lord and Lady Nelson apartments are side by side along the 'long side of the L'. Your privacy is most important and your holiday will not be intruded upon at any time by the owners, however if total exclusive privacy is important to you, this property may not be suitable. :-)

	NOTE: Pool is NOT heated during the winter months. It is heated during the summer months.
