About This Property
A true '70s 'kiwi bach' with magnificant wrap-around views and easy open plan living with excellent indoor/outdoor flow. Furnished comfortably there are wonderful seaviews from the large and plentiful windows in the living, dining and kitchen, as well as from the 2 bedrooms on the lower level. Bedrooms and bathroom are set on lower (entry) level with living and decks on the upper level. Just a short walk to 2 beaches, Rocky Bay and Little Rocky Bay. Both offer excellent swimming for a couple of hours each side of the high tides and both provide peace and tranquil quiet with plenty of birdlife to share with, except on the one day of the year when you can join the fun at the Rocky Bay Regatta, held on the main beach usually in early January. Drive to Ostend Village in around 5 mins or less, and to Onetangi Beach or Palm Beach in around 7 or 8 minutes. |

Driveway concreted and very, very steep. Small engined cars may not be able to access and large cars may not be able to turn around. Driveway gradient approx 1 vertical : 2.7 horizontal (meaning for every 2.7 metres you go along or horizontal, you travel up one metre). |
